Michel Bardavid has all the high
energy, charisma and all the credentials needed for a food knife-slinger. Born in Lyon, France, the
birthplace of haute cuisine and home to what Michel considers to be the gastronomic capital of the
world. He attended the Dardilla culinary school and has worked for Hotel Bel-Air, Checkers, Fenix
at the Argyle Hotel, Lake Sherwood Country Club, Ma Maison (training ground of Wolfgang Puck) and
famed The French Laundry which is owned and operated by Thomas Keller.
"I've been wanting to open a restaurant for a while
now, but I can't give up the cooking so I do all the cooking myself, It's fun! I get to be involved
with both the creative side of things and the business side of things.''
Among his list of credentials are guest appearances
on television's Cougar Town.
